For the company Sportisimo, it will equip the newly built distribution center with automated technologies in Hrušov near Ostrava. The hall will be built on the site of the former brownfield, and will stand in the future Contera Park Ostrava D1. From this center, both products to brick-and-mortar stores and goods ordered by Sportisima customers via the online store will be distributed. Automation will play a major role in the distribution center.

This year, the CTP developer will complete the next phase of the revitalization of the Brno brownfield after the Zetor factory near the city center in Brno-Líšeň. After the online supermarket Rohlík, which successfully launched its new storage space here in the autumn, CTP is preparing to open other halls that will be used for e-shops, light industrial production or as business places or spaces for small tradesmen. A total of approximately 75,000 square meters of leasable space is being created within CTPark Brno Líšeň.
