"We have a well-calculated operating economy in the parks and the tenants benefit from it. We bring them maximum comfort while keeping costs low. Given the very precise setting of the amount of advances, which is almost equal to or only slightly higher than the actual cost, we can very accurately estimate the costs associated with operating buildings for new clients in the future,”  says Robert Chmelař, Head of Property Management for Panattoni.

Movements in the inflation rate do not have a significant effect on the growth of service fees

The graph-based on Eurostat data shows that movements in the inflation rate do not have a significant effect on the growth of service fees. Rise Inflation in the Czech Republic did not affect the stability of growth in service costs last year either. Last year, the inflation rate reached over 3.5%. Wage growth in the Czech Republic in recent years has also not been reflected in the final figures for service fees.

"The stability of service fees in the management of logistics and industrial centers can be attributed to the constant optimization within industrial parks, as a whole, automation and gradual implementation of software solutions. This makes this segment of commercial real estate far more stable and predictable than, for example, office centers, ”explains Robert Chmelař.
