The Desenio Group leased almost 18.5 thousand square meters in the CTPark Bor industrial and logistics complex. The Swedish company will use the premises as its first distribution center for European markets outside the Nordic region.
A part of the new industrial hall with an area of 8,000 square meters was ceremoniously opened in Panattoni Park Týniště in the Rychnov region. The company C.S.Cargo will find the background for the operation of a warehouse for its client, the Czech brand of household appliances Concept. The superstructure over the usual logistics services will be the complete preparation of goods according to the requirements of Concept customers.
A new 21,000 sqm logistics park is under construction in the town of Valašské Meziříčí, located in the east of the Czech Republic. The third fund of the Arete Group is now starting construction with an investment of over €15 million. According to the investor´s plans, the first tenants will move in by the end of this year
Contract logistics provider GXO Logistics has signed a new multi-year contract with zooplus, a pet food and supplement retailer operating in 30 European countries. The contract includes the design, implementation and operation of a new automated distribution center in Bor u Tachova. The new center will enable zooplus AG to meet the growing demand in Central and Western Europe.
Industrial zone developer Panattoni has successfully revitalised another brownfield site for investment group Accolade. They have returned industry to a location where it has historically thrived, the former Kavalier glassworks site in Hostomice, in the Teplice region. The first tenant of the new industrial zone named Panattoni Park Teplice South is the Czech sanitary equipment retailer Sanitino. It has started operating a distribution centre, which will gradually serve the whole of Europe. The transformation of a brownfield, with more than a century of glass history, into a modern zone for light manufacturing and distribution of goods, with an investment of more than half a billion, is therefore continuing successfully.
P3 enter into another lease. The logistics company M.Preymesser logistics will rent premises with an area of approx. 11,900 m2 in the P3 Mladá Boleslav park in the local industrial zone. The capacity of the recently expanded park is thus refilled immediately after approval.
