Developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate VGP has signed two leases with OKAY. Together, it leased more than 50,000 m2 of warehouse space in VGP Park Vyškov and VGP Park Prostějov. The new hall in Vyškov is already under construction and will be handed over in September this year, bringing the park to 100% occupancy. The building in Prostějov will be ready for use from January 2022. Both projects are implemented in the green BREEAM Very Good certification level.
