In less than four months, the builder of the Panattoni industrial zones and the investor Accolade built a new hall in Panattoni Park Stříbro for the Raben Group. Back in the spring, it seemed that meeting the schedule was equivalent to a small miracle. The developer started construction work at the most difficult time, when the Czechia was holding the most extensive set of quarantine measures, and he also had to deal with delays due to archaeological research. However, thanks to the good coordination of the construction and the extreme commitment of the supplier, the 10,000 m2 building was finally handed over for use according to the original plan.

GLP presented the construction of a new industrial park in Ostrava with an area of 94,000 m². The construction of the complex will include a total of four units - two with an area of 29 thousand m² and two with an area of 18 thousand m².
In mid-November, a micro-depo is to start operating in Prague's Těšnov, used to transfer goods from deliveries to containers and then to freight e-bikes, which will then transport them to companies in the center of the metropolis. According to the press release of the municipality, the goal is to reduce the number of trucks that drive into the historic city center. The world-class leader in DHL Express logistics has taken over the modern hall with an area of 3,700 m2, which has been awarded the BREEAM sustainability certification of the "Excellent" level. The company is thus expanding the number of existing tenants and the new building is another part of the process of modernizing the multimodal complex in the vicinity of the second busiest airport in the Czech Republic.
Praha, 14. zaří - CTP Invest is commencing construction of a new industrial park in the Poruba district of Ostrava, named ctPark Ostrava Poruba. Groundworks began in the summer and the initial project phase should be completed within six months, with the first companies moving in at the beginning of next year. The developer plans to invest more than €57 million (CZK 1.5 billion) in the project. Four large halls with production facilities and warehousing will be built at the site, which will offer almost 90,000 sqm of lettable area. This is the fifth ctPark in the Moravian-Silesian Region, besides the ctParks at Ostrava Hrabová, Nošovice, Nový Jičín, and Karviná.
