Investment in the building: 300 million CZK

The modern industrial park and the newest hall for warehousing and complex logistics are financed and owned by the Accolade investment group. The total investment in the building is 300 million CZK.

"If I wore a hat, I'd take it off now. The team working on this project has done a great job in recent months and has not slept much. It is a bit of an exaggeration to say that we built via the Internet and over the phone because due to measures against the spread of the COVID-19 disease, the client's representatives could not visit the construction site in person. I am even more pleased that it is not recognizable at all in the final product. In addition, the hall aspires to a high rating of BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level, "said Pavel Sovička, General Manager of Panattoni for the Czech Republic and Slovakia (pictured), adding:" Three years ago we built a food storage hall for Raben in Hořovice. We managed to build on this with another successful implementation. "

"Recent months have made it clear that quality logistics and warehousing spaces will be key to a sustainable future for the European industry and business. We simply cannot do without them in everyday life. Raben is one of our most important tenants. We are glad that the company has chosen the Czech Republic with this project and continues to grow," said Milan Kratina, CEO of the Accolade Group.

Cross-dock for storage, sorting, and distribution of products

"This is a joint project of Raben Transport and Raben Logistics Czech for one of our clients. In the new hall in Panattoni Park Stříbro, we will operate a cross-dock, which will be used for storage, sorting, and distribution of products," says Jakub Trnka, CEO of Raben Logistics Czech and Raben Logistics Slovakia. "I really appreciate that, despite the difficult conditions, Panattoni and Accolade managed to complete the construction in the summer, because the hall is very important for us and our business partners."

The new cross-dock hall in Stříbro is also exceptional on the market due to its technical solution, which no other project on the market can currently complete. "Panattoni was able to offer our clients a solution consisting in the construction of a completely new hall to meet their demanding requirements, in addition to the extremely short time," says Dušan Drábek, industrial real estate team leader of the international consulting company BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Panattoni Park Stříbro is one of the largest industrial zones in the Czech Republic. More than 3,000 people work here and are home to two dozen major international manufacturing and logistics companies. The attractiveness of the site was recently confirmed by the manufacturer of handling equipment KION Group, who has already ordered the third hall in the site.
