Katarína Brydone, Managing Partner

Katarína Brydone, Managing Director of Colliers Czech Republic, becomes one of the first partners within the newly introduced structure. In her role, she is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, business performance, and the continued development of the service platform in the Czech market.

She has more than 20 years of experience in international real estate advisory and has worked on both the advisory and client sides of the business, including international and local real estate funds. Throughout her career, she has completed investment transactions exceeding €3 billion in value and has led numerous asset management strategies focused on repositioning properties within the Czech market.

She oversees the company’s growth strategy, including service expansion, strengthening client relationships, and building an integrated approach across market segments. She works closely with Colliers’ regional leadership in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and actively contributes to the implementation of the company’s global strategic priorities.

An experienced leader and manager, she has a strong track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset within the organization. Her role embodies that of a managing partner, connecting local business operations with Colliers’ global vision while systematically supporting the growth of both the company and its people.

Jana Vlková, Partner

Jana Vlková is one of the most respected experts in the Czech office market, with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. At Colliers, she leads the Workplace Advisory and Office Agency teams and has played a key role in developing consulting services focused on workplace environments and office strategies.

She helps clients optimize their real estate strategies and adapt their workplaces to evolving market trends. Jana has successfully delivered numerous projects for local companies and global brands, including SAP, Rohlik Group, and UniCredit Bank. Her work significantly contributes to Colliers’ innovative approach and its ability to connect real estate solutions with clients’ business objectives.

Vendula Maršová, Partner

Vendula Maršová, Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, has more than 16 years of experience in real estate valuation. She provides comprehensive advisory services to investors, financial institutions, and developers across all property sectors.

Throughout her career, she has completed valuations for a wide range of purposes, including financing, loan monitoring, accounting, auditing, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic decision-making. She has extensive experience valuing all major asset classes, including office buildings, retail schemes and shopping centres, industrial and logistics facilities, residential properties, development projects, and land.

She has also coordinated large-scale portfolio valuations for international institutions, local investors, and leading financial institutions. Her expertise strengthens the credibility and quality of Colliers’ advisory services.
