Park P3 Olomouc is complete. The last premises will be occupied by the Albert hypermarket

The P3 Olomouc logistics park is located in an almost ideal location close to the city center and connected to the D35 motorway. The last vacant space in the just completed building is rented by Albert. It will add new storage facilities to the existing distribution center, which it operates in the immediate vicinity. P3 is preparing an industrial park in Myslinka near Pilsen

Developer and administrator of industrial real estate P3 is preparing in the village Myslinka, which lies about 15 km from the center of Pilsen, the construction of a modern industrial park tailored to potential tenants. The main attraction of the P3 Plzeň Myslinka park will be, in addition to a convenient location on one of the most sought-after industrial real estate markets, also a great connection to the D5 motorway with the possibility of smooth transit to Germany and plenty of skilled labor.

P3 to execute Built-to-Suit projects in four Parks – Near Prague and Pilsen, in Lovosice, and in Ostrava

This year, P3 will focus on offering clients facilities constructed on a Built-to-Suit basis. On a site adjacent to Highway D6 near Prague, the industrial developer is ready to start building 17,000 m2 of warehouse space immediately. An additional thousands of square metres are on offer midway between Prague and Dresden at P3 Lovosice, and the first columns will soon be erected in P3's new parks in Ostrava and in Myslinka near Pilsen. All of P3's new buildings will carry a BREEAM Very Good or higher certificate.

Park P3 Prague D6 in Stochov, Central Bohemia, one of the latest additions to P3's portfolio, welcomes a new tenant under its roof. The Müller-Technik company moves warehouses scattered throughout the Central Bohemian Region to 9000 m2 and also moves administrative facilities, including management, to Stochov. The decisive factor was the proximity to the Müller Technik production branch, which is located in nearby Lány.
