The international real estate company EQT Exeter bought five warehouses and production halls located in two industrial parks in the Ostrava region. Specifically, these are Logistics Park Nošovice and Ostrava Airport Multimodal in Mošnov. The portfolio together includes 140,000 square meters of newly completed premium space and the value of the completed transaction is approximately 150 million euros. The sellers are Concens Investments and J&T, the transaction was mediated by the real estate consulting company CBRE.

The portfolio consists of 140,000 sqm of brand-new A class logistics premises and the overall transaction value was approximately EUR 150 mln. The portfolio was sold to EQT Exeter, for whom this transaction represented clear evidence of their strong commitment to the Czech market.
The logistics provider Dachser is responding to the increased demands on shipments between Christmas and New Year and has prepared a system solution for them. On Monday, December 27, it will launch the so-called Christmas-Hub in Erlensee, Germany, which will cover orders for distribution across Europe, including from Czech customers. The Dachser Kladno branch will be connected to the Christmas-Hub by a direct daily collection service line. The Dachser Christmas-Hub will be operational by the end of this year.
VGP, the developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, is expanding its portfolio with another location in Ústí nad Labem, where it plans to build a new technology park named “VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City”. Irish clothing chain Primark has expanded the space it leases in CTPark Bor, the largest Czech industrial park. CTP, the developer and owner of the park, recently finished another warehouse for Primark, which will be fully automated, incorporating the latest robotic technology. In total, Primark leases approximately 80,000 m2 of A-class warehouse space in CTPark Bor.
The year 2021 was unstable for many industries and especially supply chains, but the industrial developer P3 is getting stronger. It has leased 430,000 square meters in the past twelve months, a year-on-year increase of 45 percent. The number of agreed transactions was record-breaking, with this developer, owner and manager of industrial real estate concluding an average of 1.4 contracts per week.

In Prologis Park, it provides services for approximately 25 clients on an area of more than 13,000 square meters.
