Gebrüder Weiss has begun construction work in line with its plans to expand the transshipment warehouse of its headquarters in Jenč. "The transshipment and logistics warehouse in the Jeneč complex will grow by 3,700 m2 from the original 18,000 m2, so the total area will now have an area of 21,700 m2. As part of the expansion of warehouses, we will build, among other things, 24 new transshipment ramps. The project also includes the construction of charging stations for electric vehicles," says Jan Kodada, Sales and Marketing Director of Gebrüder Weiss ČR
Continental Automotive Czech Republic, in cooperation with CPI Property Group, has inaugurated the construction of two new buildings in its production facility in Brandýs nad Labem. The display hall and the office building together will offer a total of 5,000 square meters of new space. It should be put into operation at the beginning of 2022. The complex is already one of Continental's largest electronics plants in the world.
A multimodal complex near Brno Airport welcomes another tenant. The 12,000 m2 building is now occupied by Marmon Foodservice Technologies, a leading manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for gastronomy with a 70-year tradition. Marmon moves its production from Germany and due to Brexit from Great Britain as well to a strategically located and excellently technologically equipped park. Joins love brands such as Coca-Cola, Zásilkovna, Sinclair, and Okay.
This year, P3 will focus on offering clients facilities constructed on a Built-to-Suit basis. On a site adjacent to Highway D6 near Prague, the industrial developer is ready to start building 17,000 m2 of warehouse space immediately. An additional thousands of square metres are on offer midway between Prague and Dresden at P3 Lovosice, and the first columns will soon be erected in P3's new parks in Ostrava and in Myslinka near Pilsen. All of P3's new buildings will carry a BREEAM Very Good or higher certificate.

As part of the modernization of the complex in Kyje, the company proceeded with the assignment of the project in the area of water capture in the most sustainable way and with great emphasis on circular solutions. The company addressed the issue of directing rainwater from newly built-up areas at the automated warehouse under construction at a very early stage.
