VGP Park Plzeň is expanding with a hall for DHL Express and Verhoek Europe

Developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics properties VGP has started construction of the fifth hall in its logistics park VGP Park Plzeň, which is located in the industrial part of the city of Pilsen - Bručná close to the E49 road and connected to the D5 motorway. On a plot of approximately 10 hectares, it offers almost 50,000 square meters of leasable space suitable for light production, logistics and accompanying commercial activities.

Tchibo will occupy the second largest industrial hall in the Czech Republic

Colliers Czech Republic, the world's leading company in the field of commercial real estate services and investment management, was behind the expansion of the Tchibo distribution center in the Panattoni Park Cheb industrial zone, which was agreed upon by Panattoni and Tchibo in the first quarter of 2021. with a total area of 102,200 m2, this hall became the second largest in the Czech Republic. It thus ranked second in the imaginary ranking behind the Amazon distribution center at Panattoni Park Prague Airport near Dobrovíz in Central Bohemia. The modern hall is financed and the Cheb industrial zone is owned by the investor Accolade.

Ikea has extended its existing lease at Segro Logistics Park Prague near Václav Havel Airport. In the building, which uses goods as a distribution warehouse for its customers, it will continue to lease warehouse space with an area of almost 12,500 square meters.

The first tenant comes to Panattoni Park North Ostrov: electronics manufacturer Amphenol

The first tenant in the new Panattoni Park North Ostrov industrial zone will be Amphenol Tuchel Industrial, a manufacturer of electrical connectors, smart card readers and wiring harnesses. The company will occupy part of the smaller of the two planned halls with an area of almost 20,000 m2. Construction of a modern industrial building will begin in the second half of this year.
