"VGP Park Olomouc is one of our largest domestic projects. There is a lot of interest in it among potential tenants, so it is growing rapidly. After signing the lease agreement with Pilulka Lékárny, its total occupancy already exceeded 90%. We believe that this is the result of an optimally chosen location in combination with the high quality of our buildings, which can be adapted to the various needs and technical requirements of tenants," comments David Plzák, managing director of VGP - industrial constructions.

The company Pilulka Lékárny was founded in 2013 by the Kasová brothers, who are considered to be one of the founders of the domestic e-commerce scene. Pilulka is not only the operator of a network of brick-and-mortar pharmacies and the largest mail-order pharmacy in the Czech Republic, Pilulka.cz, but especially a technology company operating in the healthcare market with health care products. This also includes prevention and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

"The new warehouse in Olomouc is another link in our logistics infrastructure, which will primarily expand our storage capacity and make services such as Pilulka Auto available to customers in Moravia. In the near future, we therefore want to launch a delivery service at the exact time by our couriers for customers in Olomouc, Brno, Ostrava and other cities," comments Michal Hanáček, operations director of Pilulka Lékárny.

VGP Park Olomouc covers almost 48 hectares and includes 213,800 square meters of leasable space suitable for logistics or light manufacturing. Thanks to its location in close proximity to Olomouc, at exit 37 of the R46 expressway, it is easily accessible from both the city center and the surrounding area.
