Ikea has extended its existing lease at Segro Logistics Park Prague near Václav Havel Airport. In the building, which uses goods as a distribution warehouse for its customers, it will continue to lease warehouse space with an area of almost 12,500 square meters.
Prologis achieved several successes in the first quarter of 2021. The total portfolio reached 18.7 million square meters. Lease activity for the first quarter of 2021 was at the level of 935,719 square meters, of which 187,954 square meters were new leases and 747,765 square meters related to extended leases.
