From April 2024, the new regional distribution centre at CTPark Žatec will be used to store tyres from Nexen Tire Europe and supply them to automotive manufacturing plants across Europe. The warehouse had to be specially adapted for the storage of tyres in transport cages, which was handled flexibly by CTP. FIEGE will provide complete logistics services at CTPark Žatec for Nexen Tire Europe, which has its European production plant close by.

One of the leading manufacturers of components for the automotive industry Shape Corp. starts production in a new facility with total area of 36 400 square meters. The industrial complex, which was built by the development company Panattoni, was created on the brownfield site, where used to be coal mines. Shape Corp. moved here from the Borská pole to expand its production capacity. The company is a major employer in the Pilsen region and the new plant will employ up to 700 people.
In the Kladno-jih industrial zone, the developer Panattoni will build a new hall for Hanon Systems, a Korean manufacturer of parts for air conditioning and cooling systems for cars. The investor of the project is the Accolade group. She bought the entire area with the existing hall, which will undergo modifications. At the same time, Panattoni will build new production premises with an area of more than 20,000 square meters, which Hanon Systems will use to expand its production for new customers.
