Aleš Zacha, who has been in charge of development until now, will expand his competences to include the acquisitions agenda. His position will thus be called Head of Development and Acquisitions.

P3 completes the construction of the last building of its industrial park in Lovosice

Seven years ago, the industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks started the construction of an area for light manufacturing, assembly and logistics on the outskirts of Lovosice. He is now finishing the last building. It will offer 16,000 square meters for rent, which will be available already during the summer holidays.

The industrial developer Panattoni and the chemical company Wacker, in cooperation with the Accolade investment group, ceremonially launched the construction of the Panattoni Park complex in Karlovy Vary. A new industrial park with a built-up area of ​​over 23,000 square meters has begun construction on the northeastern edge of Karlovy Vary, with completion planned for spring 2025.

The online food retailer Rohlik.cz opened a new distribution center in CTPark Ostrava Poruba last November. Currently, more than 45,000 households from Ostrava already shop at Rohlík, and further growth of 50% is expected. According to a statement for Systémy Logistiky, the online supermarket in the Ostrava warehouse is counting on the future deployment of a larger share of automation.

Industrial Research Forum: Vacancy rate up slightly, slowing demand hits market

The total supply of modern industrial premises in the 1st quarter of 2024 reached 11.87 million square meters. The demand for industrial premises slowed down, the gross realized demand reached only 160,400 square meters. At the end of the first quarter, almost 0.92 million square meters of industrial space was under construction in the Czech Republic. The vacancy rate increased by 28 basis points from the previous quarter to 2.0%. The average highest rent achieved in Prague remained stable at approximately EUR 7.50 - 7.70 per square meter per month.

Charging stations for electric cars will also be added to the outdoor parking lot. B2 Assets takes care of the management and maintenance of all technical networks, including electricity, water, air conditioning and fire protection. "The new building has one specific feature, namely its own gas tank in case of a gas crisis. A number of safety rules and technical requirements for maintenance are associated with the operation of a gas storage tank - we are able to ensure all of this in addition to the normal management of the facility," says Václav Bartoš, CEO of B2 Assets.

The new hall in Panattoni Park Cheb East is already serving its tenant, a global company from the automotive sector

Industrial developer Panattoni together with investment group Accolade announce the handover of a fully completed hall in Panattoni Park Cheb East. Part of the building with a total floor area of 61,000 square meters is already used by a tenant operating in the automotive industry. The building is ready for expansion by another 18,000 square meters and aspires to the highest level of assessment in the international sustainability certification BREEAM New Construction.
