The ongoing speculative construction in Prologis Park Prague-Chrášťany responds to these requirements and will make available additional spaces to those interested in one of the most sought-after logistics locations in the Czech Republic. The new DC3 building will complement a pair of properties already in operation at the park.

DC3 is the last project that will grow in the Chrášťany area. In the existing buildings DC1 and DC2, their customers operating in the areas of e-commerce, such as Rohlik.cz, or the provision of logistics services, already appreciate the combination of a great location and top storage technologies adapted to the size of the operation.

The DC3 building will consist of 5,104 square meters of warehouse space, 333 square meters of office and social space and 954 square meters of external storage space. The building will be completed and ready for use in the second half of 2024. It will also include sustainable features that reduce operating costs while protecting the environment. These will be, for example, heat pumps, a roof with the capacity to install a photovoltaic power plant, intelligent LED lighting with movement and daylight intensity sensors, or an intelligent system for remote monitoring of energy consumption. Like all newly completed Prologis projects, DC3 in Prologis Park Prague-Chrášťany will be assessed under the BREEAM certification scheme.

"DC3 in Prologis Park Prague-Chrášťany will offer customers spaces corresponding to the highest current standards," says Kateřina Březinová, manager of Prologis' leasing and customer experience in the Czech Republic. "The park has a perfect transport connection with the capital, which makes it one of the most optimal bases for last-mile logistics in the Czech Republic. For companies that want to use the logistics potential of Prague, there is no better choice."

The complex is located directly on the approach to the Prague ring road by the D5 highway and is also ideally located for serving international markets, as the Prague Václav Havel Airport is only a 10-minute drive away.

Thanks to its prestigious location and innovative and sustainable logistics solutions, Prologis Park Prague-Chrášťany has become one of the most sought-after logistics hubs on the domestic market.

Whether it is the creation of a first-class background for last-mile or international logistics, spaces supporting business growth or the implementation of modern and sustainable solutions, the fulfilled potential is... Made in Prologis.
