C.S.Cargo has opened a new distribution center in Planá nad Lužnicí for the European feed manufacturer Partner in Pet Food

A distribution center with an area exceeding 18,000 m2 for the partner producer Pet in Pet Food in Planá nad Lužnicí in South Bohemia was opened today by C.S.Cargo. The total investment exceeds the amount of 200 million crowns. The center itself is serviced by the latest technology. It will now offer approximately 40 jobs.

VGP Park Plzeň is expanding with a hall for DHL Express and Verhoek Europe

Developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics properties VGP has started construction of the fifth hall in its logistics park VGP Park Plzeň, which is located in the industrial part of the city of Pilsen - Bručná close to the E49 road and connected to the D5 motorway. On a plot of approximately 10 hectares, it offers almost 50,000 square meters of leasable space suitable for light production, logistics and accompanying commercial activities.

Czech logistics services provider Logflex has renewed its lease of 5,500 sqm in Prologis Park Prague D1 East.

A new tenant is headed to the complex near Brno airport

A multimodal complex near Brno Airport welcomes another tenant. The 12,000 m2 building is now occupied by Marmon Foodservice Technologies, a leading manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for gastronomy with a 70-year tradition. Marmon moves its production from Germany and due to Brexit from Great Britain as well to a strategically located and excellently technologically equipped park. Joins love brands such as Coca-Cola, Zásilkovna, Sinclair, and Okay.

P3 to execute Built-to-Suit projects in four Parks – Near Prague and Pilsen, in Lovosice, and in Ostrava

This year, P3 will focus on offering clients facilities constructed on a Built-to-Suit basis. On a site adjacent to Highway D6 near Prague, the industrial developer is ready to start building 17,000 m2 of warehouse space immediately. An additional thousands of square metres are on offer midway between Prague and Dresden at P3 Lovosice, and the first columns will soon be erected in P3's new parks in Ostrava and in Myslinka near Pilsen. All of P3's new buildings will carry a BREEAM Very Good or higher certificate.

Investors focus on industrial and logistics assets

According to Colliers, a leading company providing diversified professional services in commercial real estate and investment management recorded gross demand for industrial and logistics space in 2020 approx. 9 million square meters and year-on-year growth of almost 25% on average. The largest activity was recorded by companies from the 3PL sector, followed by the retail and e-commerce sectors.

The industrial zone in Ostrava welcomed Zásilkovna

The Industrial area NP in Ostrava has expanded to include Zásilkovna. Its new Ostrava depot covers an area of 4,100 square meters. The general contractor of the construction was the company HSF System.

Coca-Cola HBC is building facilities for a wetland directly on the site in Kyje

Coca-Cola HBC pursues the goals of sustainable development, which includes water management, where it adheres to the highest European and world standards. As part of the modernization of the complex in Kyje, the company proceeded with the assignment of the project in the area of water capture in the most sustainable way and with great emphasis on circular solutions. The company addressed the issue of directing rainwater from newly built-up areas at the automated warehouse under construction at a very early stage.
