OUR EUROPEAN OPERATIONS
While the GLP name is relatively new to the region, our European operations, formerly Gazeley, have a 30-year heritage of developing, investing and managing prime logistics real estate across Europe. Our business is focused on France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom – the strongest logistics markets in Europe.
We have industry-leading capabilities across the whole value chain including Investment, Development, Asset management and Leasing. We have a proven track record of delivering 9 million sq m of warehouse space to a broad range of customers.
Our current operating portfolio consists of more than 4 million sq m across the strategic logistic markets, and we manage three funds in Europe totalling more than €6 billion (US$7 billion) AUM.
