Milan Růžička brings extensive experience in the industrial real estate sector, gained during his time at advisory firms such as Colliers International and JLL. In his new role, he will be responsible for asset management and leasing transactions across Logicor’s Czech portfolio. His focus will include portfolio management strategy and value growth initiatives.
Simona Štotová joins Logicor from the company’s Luxembourg office, where she specialised in investment operations and financial processes. In the Czech branch, she will apply her experience to support the further development of the company’s asset management activities.
According to the company’s press release, these appointments form part of Logicor’s long-term strategy in the Czech Republic, which includes continued portfolio expansion and ensuring efficient management of operations on the local market.
