Dachser is expanding its operations in VGP Park České Budějovice

Logistics provider Dachser Czech Republic has started operations in a new warehouse in VGP Park České Budějovice, which is located in the Světlík industrial zone on the outskirts of the South Bohemian metropolis. The 14,000 square meter building is tailored to the needs of local customers and allows for the storage of 25,000 pallets. In this branch, Dachser will provide contract logistics services, including transport by collection service. 35 new jobs will also be created here.

Dachser will rent another hall in VGP Park České Budějovice

The developer and owner of logistics real estate VGP concluded a lease agreement with Dachser Czech Republic for the lease of new premises in VGP Park České Budějovice. The new hall with a size of 14,000 square meters will be realized directly to the Dachser company. The estimated date of completion and handover of the premises for use is this October. Currently, the company has rented an existing hall with a total area of 9,424 square meters on the premises, and is thus expanding its operations in the same location with the new building.

VGP leases 10,000 m2 in VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City to Bosal

VGP, the European owner and developer of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, has acquired a new tenant for its newly prepared technology park VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City, which will emerge from a brownfield site near the city centre on the location of the former Avirunion glassworks bounded by Sklářská, Tovární, and Kekulova streets. Bosal Aftermarket Europe, a leader in the development and production of catalytic converters and emission control systems for passenger cars and industrial applications, has leased a total 10,210 m2 of production and warehouse space in Hall A. The new hall will be built to green certification level BREEAM Very Good standards. VGP expects to complete it by the end of this year, with handover taking place in January 2024.

VGP leases 49,000 m2 in VGP Park Olomouc to HELLA group, a manufacturer of lighting technologies for the automotive industry in Moravia

VGP, the European developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, has signed two lease agreements with HELLA AUTOTECHNIK NOVA. The company is one of the largest employers in the automotive industry within the Czech Republic, specialising in development and production of lighting technologies and electronics for such prestigious brands as Volkswagen, Audi and BMW. HELLA has leased in total more than 49,000 m2 of warehouse space in VGP Park Olomouc: 10,000 m2 is available from November 2021 in the already completed hall “I” and another 39,000 m2 will be available in the new hall “F” which aims for at least the Very Good rating under the BREEAM green certification with an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability and that is under construction. The latter will be handed over to the tenant for use in fourth quarter 2022.

VGP expands its portfolio with another location in Ústí nad Labem: new park will focus on last-mile logistics

VGP, the developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, is expanding its portfolio with another location in Ústí nad Labem, where it plans to build a new technology park named “VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City”. As the name suggests, the project is strategically located close to the city centre. Nevertheless, it is only 2 km from the D8 motorway connecting Prague and Dresden.

VGP launches construction of a new warehouse in VGP Park Olomouc. First tenant will be Ardon Safety

VGP, the developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, has obtained a building permit for the construction of a new warehouse “F” in the technology park VGP Park Olomouc and started work at the site. The first confirmed tenant of the premises under construction is Ardon Safety, one of the leading suppliers of protective equipment and workwear, not only in the Czech Republic but also throughout Central Europe.

Dachser will rent premises in the new VGP park in České Budějovice

The logistics provider Dachser Czech Republic has signed a contract with the development company VGP for tailor-made construction in České Budějovice. New logistics and office space with a total area of almost 7,000 square meters will be built in a newly emerging industrial park in the Světlík commercial zone on the outskirts of the city. Commissioning of the premises is scheduled for next spring.
