Kokiskashop opens a distribution center in Panattoni Park Ostrov North

The Kokiskashop online store has grown from a small warehouse in a family home near Karlovy Vary to a turnover of 200 million. The technologically advanced distribution center in Panattoni Park Ostrov North will provide the company with another opportunity for growth not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. Panattoni Park Teplice South is completely full and in full operation

Panattoni adds another building to its portfolio with the highest BREEAM New Construction sustainability rating

A new building at Panattoni Park Stříbro has been rated Outstanding, the highest level in the BREEAM New Construction sustainability assessment.

Panattoni takes stock. The company completed six industrial halls this year, another 11 are under construction

During this year, when it celebrated 15 years on the Czech market, the development company Panattoni managed to complete six industrial buildings with a total area of over 243,000 square meters, in which more than 2,400 new jobs were created. The company signed 18 contracts with new clients, which will bring at least 3,500 additional jobs. At the same time, it currently has 11 new halls under construction, occupying 545,000 square meters. Panattoni's largest completed building is Amazon's distribution center in Kojetín, which stands out for its advanced technologies and environmental friendliness.

Part of the Poldi Kladno area awaits revitalization, a sustainable industrial park will be created

The RSJ investment group bought part of the land after Poldi Kladno, which was historically famous for the production and processing of steel. After many years of decay, the brownfield will be revitalized into an environmentally sustainable industrial hall with advanced technologies, which will be provided by the industrial developer Panattoni. The new Panattoni Business Park Kladno will consist of two halls with a total size of 88,500 square meters. The investment will bring up to 2,000 new jobs and help with the economic transformation of the area. Demolition and rehabilitation works are scheduled to begin at the end of this year.

A multi-storey logistics hall for Amazon was built near Kojetín

The multinational e-commerce company Amazon took over the logistics center near Kojetín in Přerovsk. The new building was handed over to Amazon by the industrial developer Panattoni, the construction was financed by the Accolade group and its own fund of the same name. It is the first full-fledged multi-storey distribution center in the Czech Republic, which also features top-notch technological equipment, a friendly approach to the environment, and high energy self-sufficiency. The value of the building is more than 5 billion crowns.

Construction of two halls in Panattoni Park Týniště begins

In the fourth quarter of 2021, Panattoni began construction of two halls with a total lease area of 26,000 m2 in a new industrial zone - Panattoni Park Týniště. Half of the first hall with a size of approximately 16,300 m2 was leased by the logistics company CS Cargo, which will start operating the warehouse of the Czech brand of household appliances Concept here. The remaining premises with an area of less than 18,000 m2 are being built by Panattoni in cooperation with the DRFG investment fund on a speculative basis, ie without pre-secured tenants.
