The last free space with an area of 1600 m2 will be occupied by the publishing company Seqoy and it will store books and comics. The hall aspires to a very high evaluation within the BREEAM ecological certification. Thanks to the transaction, the industrial park near Pavlov in Central Bohemia was filled at a record pace. Thus, the extensive revitalization of the preserved area of the former settling tanks of the sugar factory in Kojetín in the Olomouc region continues. The complex will be prepared to meet the needs of any major player in the e-commerce sector. The project, worth more than three billion Czech crowns, could offer a maximum capacity of up to 2,000 jobs and should be completed by the end of 2022.

Panattoni is building a logistics center for the Hradec Králové and Pardubice regions at the end of the D11 motorway

Panattoni builds on the current successful expansion of the motorway network in the Czech Republic and is preparing a key infrastructure for retail. Panattoni Park Hradec Králové North will be built at the end of the D11 motorway near Smiřice. The developer has already managed to attract one of the largest retail players to the southern site. At the same time, Panattoni submitted an application for an environmental impact assessment to the newly prepared northern part of the EIA. While the building in the southern area of 50,000 m2 will offer up to 900 jobs, the building in the northern area of 25,000 m2 will employ up to 160 people.

Panattoni to present a new industrial zone to Pilsen residents through augmented reality

The Czech premiere of an AR mobile app fully presenting the planned industrial park took place at the Borske terasy brownfield site in Pilsen. Everyone can try it out – all you have to do is install the app on your mobile phone or tablet via the QR code from a banner on the site, free of charge. Due to the 3D BIM model that Panattoni had created, you will be able to see a true to scale geolocated visualization of the new Pilsen Digital Park industrial zone. The app was created by AKULAR, a global platform for innovative visualization in augmented reality.
