P3 enters the UK property market

The industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its activities to the British market as well. By taking over two of Segro's industrial parks, it expanded its portfolio by 81,000 square meters. In the locality of Crick, he acquired an area with a lettable area of 36,000 square meters, another 45,000 square meters is located in Kettering.

Zásilkovna opened its largest depot in Moravia in GLP Park in Holubice

Zásilkovna put into operation a new depot, which has an area of 11,844 square meters and is located in the GLP Park Brno Holubice complex. The main goal is to increase the efficiency of pickups and deliveries in the area of South Moravia. Employees here handle over 1.7 million shipments per month, in high season it will be up to 2.5 million shipments per month. The total investment in the largest depot of Zásilkovna in Moravia reached 17.2 million crowns.

WM Logistic Nýřany will be the new tenant in the P3 Plzeň Myslinka park

Another hall of the newly built industrial park in Myslinca near Pilsen has a confirmed tenant. The company WM Logistic Nýřany will use it as an expansion warehouse to the existing facilities. All spaces from the first stage of the construction of the P3 Plzeň Myslinka park are thus occupied.

The development company Panattoni ensured the construction of the hall with many sustainable elements on the brownfield site of the former Škoda Ostrov company. The investor and owner of the building is the Accolade investment group.

The three countries of the region, i.e. USA, Canada and Mexico, benefit from rich resources of raw materials and a wide transport network. The region is slowly building on its automotive history and welcoming concerns leaving China. According to the DSV, the only thing missing from the strategic plans is the willingness of municipalities to build on brownfields.
