The premises in the smaller hall from the second stage of the construction of this business-industrial park will be rented by the seller of beds and mattresses Bezvapostele.cz. It will operate a sales warehouse. End consumers will also visit the premises more often.

Over 300 jobs will be created here, 60 of which will be held by university-educated employees. The mediator of the transaction is the real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield, which also managed the development tender.
