In 2020, the Fund's portfolio added 9 projects within 5 industrial complexes, which are now leased by 17 world brands and leaders in their fields. These include, for example, TFS, DHL, InterCars, Expondo, REAL digital, Raben, KION and Nexans.

At present, the Fund, established in 2014, manages assets in excess of 18 billion CZK (658+ million EUR) and is the owner of 15 industrial parks in the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. It leases modern and sustainable industrial halls with a total area of 886,136 m2 and an occupancy rate of 99.7% to dozens of tenants of the most resonant names in European and world business.
