The investment is located in the Nowa Huta district, within the Ruszcza Industrial and Logistics Centre, and is part of the broader “Kraków – Nowa Huta of the Future” redevelopment programme. The site is designed to support advanced manufacturing, logistics operations, and technology-driven tenants, combining industrial functions with modern infrastructure standards.

The project consists of three buildings offering flexible space that can be adapted to the needs of both international and local companies. Early leasing activity has already taken place, with agreements secured for tens of thousands of square metres even before the start of construction.

According to the developer, the scheme will incorporate sustainable and low-emission solutions in line with modern ESG requirements. Planned features include energy-efficient systems, improved land use, and environmental measures aimed at revitalising the post-industrial area.

The location offers strong transport connectivity, with access to key road infrastructure and proximity to Kraków city centre. This positions the hub as a strategic point for distribution and production activities in southern Poland and the wider Central European region.

The investment reflects the continued expansion of Poland’s industrial and logistics sector, which remains one of the most dynamic in Europe, driven by strong demand for modern warehouse and production space.
