The main activity of Coopera & Coopera s.r.o. is warehousing and logistics services. We provide our customers with comprehensive logistics solutions that include not only the storage of goods but also the organization of transportation and other related services.
You are currently offering warehouse space for rent in Prague 5 – Stodůlky / Zličín. Could you describe the premises in more detail?
At present, we have 1,700 m² of warehouse space where we store goods or materials according to the individual requirements of our clients. We offer both racking storage and open-floor warehouse storage.
We also have handling equipment available. Loading and unloading can be carried out via loading docks (12 in total), on the outdoor handling area, or from the side of vehicles. Delivery vans can also enter directly into the warehouse hall, which significantly simplifies goods handling.
The warehouse premises are located in the former Mototechna building. It is an older facility but fully functional and capable of supporting a wide range of logistics operations.
What types of companies are these premises most suitable for?
The premises are suitable for virtually any company that needs to store goods or materials. The only limitation applies to companies handling flammable materials, as the facility is not intended for that purpose.
Do you offer logistics services in addition to warehouse rental? If so, which ones?
