The site offers excellent transport connections to and from the city and is adjacent to the junction of Route 34 (E551) and the D3 motorway from Prague to Linz (Austria). The logistics provider Dachser Czech Republic has signed a contract with the development company VGP for tailor-made construction in České Budějovice. New logistics and office space with a total area of almost 7,000 square meters will be built in a newly emerging industrial park in the Světlík commercial zone on the outskirts of the city. Commissioning of the premises is scheduled for next spring.
