Urbanity Campus Bruntál will be another industrial area of the new generation, which is an integral part of the city and will provide services not only to employees, but also to local communities. Polish developer 7R is entering the Czech industrial real estate market. A storage hall will be built near the D1 highway in Vysočina for 750 million crowns. In a press release, the company said it had received a building permit. After the planned completion in the third quarter of next year, the building should have an area of 26,000 square meters.
