Amazon's distribution center in Kojetín received BREEAM New Construction certification at the Outstanding level

The building, which is rented by Amazon in Panattoni Park Kojetín, received the highest level of sustainability assessment according to BREEAM New Construction at the Outstanding level. With its floor area of 187,000 square meters, the robotic distribution center thus became the largest building with this level of certification in the Czech Republic. The developer of the project is the company Panattoni, the investor is the Accolade group.

P3 is innovating an industrial complex in Olomouc

Developers in the Czech Republic plan to build nearly seven million square meters of industrial space

According to the analysis of the real estate consulting company 108 Agency, it is precisely in these four regions that, in relation to their existing volume, the most new warehouse and production spaces should be added in the coming years. In total, consultants in the Czech Republic have mapped development plans, the floor area of which exceeds 6.8 million square meters and are in various stages of approval and preparation - from assessing the impact of projects on the environment, zoning decisions or building permits to the first implementation works. 54% of the planned projects together belong to the trio of developers CTP, Panattoni and Prologis.

P3 enters the UK property market

The industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its activities to the British market as well. By taking over two of Segro's industrial parks, it expanded its portfolio by 81,000 square meters. In the locality of Crick, he acquired an area with a lettable area of 36,000 square meters, another 45,000 square meters is located in Kettering.

The Kokiskashop online store has grown from a small warehouse in a family home near Karlovy Vary to a turnover of 200 million. The technologically advanced distribution center in Panattoni Park Ostrov North will provide the company with another opportunity for growth not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. The development company Panattoni ensured the construction of the hall with many sustainable elements on the brownfield site of the former Škoda Ostrov company. The investor and owner of the building is the Accolade investment group.
