Continental Automotive Czech Republic, which supplies automotive electronics, in cooperation with CPI Property Group, has begun construction of two new buildings in its production facility in Brandýs nad Labem. It is a hall for the production of displays and an office building, which together will offer a total of five thousand square meters of new space. They should be put into operation at the beginning of 2022. In addition to production, Continental will also focus on the further development of state-of-the-art warehousing technologies, some of which it already uses in real and test operations.

M2C acquires a majority stake in the facility management division of CPI Property Group

A new form of cooperation was created at the end of 2020 between M2C and CPI Property Group. M2C, as a company with many years of experience in facility management, will newly manage facility management, which the CPIPG Group has so far provided for most properties.
