- Minimum number of ramps: 4 (the more the better) + min. one gate at ground level
- Social rooms: toilets for men and women, shower, kitchen, dining room, changing room
- Good utilities, especially internet
- Forklift loading area
- Office area
- Parking for trucks and cars
- Fenced property, preferably with monitoring or the possibility of installing it.
- Good transport connections
- Possibility of 24/7 use
