Land / Parking: 800–1000 m² of outdoor space for vehicle parking
Use: Auto paint shop – operation must be permitted in terms of hygiene/environmental requirements; any necessary permits will be arranged by the client at their own cost
Form: Lease preferred; purchase of the entire property is also possible
Budget: Rent up to 300,000 CZK / month
Timeline: Within 6 months
