Ikea extends its lease in Segro Logistics Park Prague

Ikea has extended its existing lease at Segro Logistics Park Prague near Václav Havel Airport. In the building, which uses goods as a distribution warehouse for its customers, it will continue to lease warehouse space with an area of almost 12,500 square meters.

The first tenant comes to Panattoni Park North Ostrov: electronics manufacturer Amphenol

The first tenant in the new Panattoni Park North Ostrov industrial zone will be Amphenol Tuchel Industrial, a manufacturer of electrical connectors, smart card readers and wiring harnesses. The company will occupy part of the smaller of the two planned halls with an area of almost 20,000 m2. Construction of a modern industrial building will begin in the second half of this year.

Prologis achievements for the first quarter of 2021

Prologis achieved several successes in the first quarter of 2021. The total portfolio reached 18.7 million square meters. Lease activity for the first quarter of 2021 was at the level of 935,719 square meters, of which 187,954 square meters were new leases and 747,765 square meters related to extended leases. The change in the lease of premises reached plus 10.8%.

A science and technology park is being established in Pilsen for almost 600 million - to keep talents in the region

At least according to the words of Luďek Šantory, director of the Information Technology Administration of the City of Pilsen, under which the project falls. This is a two-storey space of the original boiler room in which the explosion occurred. This has created an ideal place for developers, which provides them with real conditions.

The Panattoni Park Prague Airport II industrial zone will be strengthened by comic book superheroes. The last free space with an area of 1600 m2 will be occupied by the publishing company Seqoy and it will store books and comics. The hall aspires to a very high evaluation within the BREEAM ecological certification. Thanks to the transaction, the industrial park near Pavlov in Central Bohemia was filled at a record pace. The builder of the industrial buildings, Panattoni, was able to build and occupy a total of 130,000 m2 of modern industrial space in just 5 years since the start of construction.

The Italian company IRCE comes to the Mošnov zone

The city of Ostrava is selling additional land in its strategic industrial zone in Mošnov. The purchase is the Italian company IRCE, which will build halls for the production of copper and aluminum conductors for the winding of electrical machines. They will be built by the end of 2024 at the latest. The company will pay almost 27.6 million crowns, including VAT, for the land. The sale was approved by Ostrava representatives at their meeting on Wednesday, April 14.
