Tewfik Sabongui is recognized in the field as a top manager with more than 24 years of experience in the real estate market in the Czech Republic and other Central and Eastern European countries. He has extensive experience managing operations and transactions across the CEE region and has set up and implemented strategies that connect opportunities, platforms and clients. As an expert in capital markets, office leasing, development consultancy and implementation of mergers and acquisitions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Tewfik Sabongui works closely with leasing, consulting and investment departments in companies with the aim of acquiring and developing business and client relationships.
