SUUS will become the new tenant of the MG3 building of HelloParks Maglód. Based on a long-term lease agreement with the Hungarian industrial real estate developer HelloParks, the Polish company, which specializes in integrated logistics solutions, will lease 7,000 square meters of space for its new Hungarian branch. The building will serve as a multipurpose logistics center, including a logistics warehouse with 3,000 pallet spaces as well as a handling terminal. The site in Maglód will be a strategically important center for the company's growing network of domestic partners. SUUS' services in the region go beyond warehousing to include both FTL and LTL road freight, rail, sea and air freight as well as project logistics. The company also places great emphasis on the development of customs services.

"The modern center significantly expands our competences in Hungary. Contract logistics, including warehousing, order picking and value-added services such as co-packing and labeling, have been added to our portfolio. Our new investment can serve as a warehouse for raw materials and finished products as well as a distribution center," said Laszló Molnár, CEO of Rohlig SUUS Logistics Hungary Kft., adding: "Strategic location, nestled near the intersection of the M0 highway, an important section of the European route E60 M4 and the busy Budapest Airport, puts it in the position of a key node in the supply networks of local businesses and international corporations. Among them are important players in the automotive industry, which is the cornerstone of the Hungarian economy."

In addition to its convenient location near Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport and many major transport hubs, another key factor for the Polish tenant was the ability to effectively support an expanding network of domestic partners from its central hub in Maglód. Here, they have access to customizable and scalable warehouse and office space to meet their evolving needs. HelloParks has contracted with the professional support of CBRE. Thanks to this lease agreement, 27,300 square meters, i.e. more than 60% of the area in the Maglód MG3 building, have already been occupied by tenants, among whom are companies such as Aeroplex, Loginvent and WellPack. A number of modern technologies used in the logistics park and pro-environmental and pro-social solutions, such as a relaxation zone for drivers in the warehouse, were also an important factor in SUUS's decision.

The 45,000 square meter warehouse MG3, the second phase of the HelloParks Maglód project, was the first industrial property in Hungary to receive the highest BREEAM Outstanding rating in the new construction category. In the New Construction category, in addition to the completed building, the entire design, construction and management process of the project is evaluated, from the acquisition and supply of raw materials to waste management and the technologies installed and used. The company was previously the first in Hungary to receive an Excellent rating in the Industrial Real Estate category – with its now fully occupied hall MG1 of the Maglód megapark.

"In addition to the convenient location, the most important factors for our tenants are sustainability and flexible and efficient operation, to which we provide state-of-the-art facilities that meet their needs," added András Bodahelyi, senior business development manager at HelloParks.
