In the area of industrial parks and real estate, Panattoni Europe is not unknown in our region. On the other hand, it is estimated to be around 50% in Poland, and Panattoni Park Prague Airport II is particularly popular in the Czech Republic. However, the company also invested in our territory. Panattoni Europe, as the developer of industrial space in Europe, has expanded, for example, the premises adjacent to PSA Peugeot-Citroen in Trnava.

New activities. Within the current possibilities of the Slovak market, the developer sees a strong potential in it and thus wants to continue to implement its plans. This time under the heading of a separate acquisition. Erik Ivanićko became responsible manager for business activities. “Panattoni Europe is a major developer market in Central Europe. Examples from neighboring countries are clear evidence of this. Our activities in Slovakia started a few years ago and I am very happy that we can continue to do so. The new feature is a great challenge for me, but I approach it with maximum responsibility and humility. I look forward to our closest activities and plans, which we will present to the professional and general public for a while, ”revealed the new Development Manager.

According to Erik Ivanicko, the potential of Slovakia and Bohemia is hidden mainly in the strategic position of both countries. In this way, Panattoni Europe will continue to develop mainly industrial parks and other industrial areas.

“When we entered the Czech Republic 12 years ago, it seemed that we had no chance of making a stronger move, because the economic crisis had begun, and the most lucrative sites had already been dismantled by big players. Nevertheless, we managed to find a hole in the market and finally we made it to the most active industrial developer in the country. And we have the same ambitions in Slovakia, ” says Pavel Sovička, Managing Director of Panattoni Europe for the Czech Republic and Slovakia .
