The essential and key criterion is that the warehouse has the necessary certification for ADR operations and is legally and technically able to accept goods of class 9 and higher.

Basic technical and safety requirements:
• warehouse of at least class 3 (ideally higher), suitable for ADR operations
• valid ADR certification / permit for the storage of hazardous substances
• modern fire protection system, including:
• dense network of hydrants
• specialized fire extinguishers (for classes 3–4 and higher)
• smoke alarms
• temperature sensors (lower, middle and upper levels)
• fire sensors
• high-quality concrete floor with an appropriate slope towards the center of the space
• ventilation system / air conditioning
• certification from the fire department, environmental authorities and the entity authorized to issue ADR permits

The warehouse must not be located in residential areas, shopping centers or in their immediate vicinity. We prefer industrial zones with appropriate zoning for ADR operations.

If the facility has ADR certification and is able to accept goods of class 9 and higher, it usually meets most of the above technical parameters. However, the key points are primarily the fire system and floor construction. Other modifications can be implemented within 2-3 weeks.
