I am looking for a warehouse to rent in Prague or Central Czechia, also acceptable near the Polish border — especially the Opava area. Required size: 300–1,000 m².
Purpose: cross-dock / transshipment operation with handling services (goods receiving and dispatch).
Access is critical: convenient access for vans and HGV/TIR trucks, including easy maneuvering and good road connectivity.
Key requirement: the warehouse must be suitable for a pharmaceutical wholesaler and compliant with Czech/EU pharmaceutical regulations (equivalent to Polish Pharmaceutical Law standards).
Additionally, I am interested in support/advisory for setting up and opening a pharmaceutical wholesale operation in the Czech Republic.
Timing: immediate requirement, long-term cooperation.
