• Layout requirements:
• min. 4 gates for loading/unloading
• social facilities and changing rooms for employees
• part of the warehouse (3000m2) intended for packaging, the rest as a clean warehouse (with or without shelves)
• Standard: we do not mind spaces in B class
• Lease start: first months of 2026
