ZFP Investments is an independent investment company that, based on the permission of the Czech National Bank, manages and administers the ZFP real estate fund. ZFP Investments was founded by ZFP akademie, a.s. in cooperation with the Slovak investment company IAD Investments, with many years of experience in the field of creating and managing investment funds. Thanks to this cooperation, the ZFP real estate fund has become one of the largest real estate funds in the Czech Republic. It is now 100% owned by a company from the ZFP GROUP.
