The new logistics complex has a capacity of 42,000 pallet spaces and can store more than 50 million beers in cans and bottles. The automated system is capable of dispatching up to 360 pallets per hour, equivalent to approximately 11 fully loaded trucks.

The warehouse and dispatch area covers approximately 13,500 m². Pallets are stored in self-supporting racks across 11 levels using automated stacker cranes and rail-guided shuttle systems. The facility is directly connected to the bottling line through a conveyor route around 500 meters long, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Part of the project also includes automated truck loading technology. One of the loading stations enables fully automated rear truck loading without driver intervention. Specially modified trailers equipped with motorized conveyor systems can be loaded in just two and a half minutes.

Automation has also substantially reduced the need for manual handling, with warehouse operations currently managed by only eight employees. According to the company, the project contributes not only to higher logistics efficiency but also to lower emissions and improved operational safety.

The second phase of the project followed the first stage of the warehouse, which was launched in 2023. The automation technology was supplied by System Logistics, while the construction part of the project was delivered by Swietelsky.
