Brightpick’s robotic solutions will increase the overall efficiency of warehouse operations and ensure seamless support for NAPA’s nationwide network of stores. For Brightpick, this represents another major milestone in the U.S. market, which currently accounts for 60% of the company’s total revenue.
The partnership began in 2025 with a successful pilot project. Based on its results, NAPA signed an agreement at the beginning of 2026 to automate another warehouse, with potential for additional installations in other locations in the future. The first project under this agreement will include more than 100 Brightpick robots designed for high-capacity order fulfillment.
Ability to Easily Scale Automation Solutions for Large Corporate Clients
“Partnering with NAPA is a huge milestone for us. It is our first customer in the automotive sector and at the same time our largest client in the U.S. to date,” said Ján Žižka, co-founder and CEO of Brightpick.
He added:
“This step confirms our ability to easily scale automation solutions for large corporate clients — including Fortune 500 companies such as NAPA — across multiple locations. We are very pleased to support NAPA’s operations and appreciate their continued investment in our technology across their nationwide network.”
“We are excited to expand the use of Brightpick’s automation technologies through this partnership,” said Justin Ducharme, Executive Vice President of Distribution and Logistics at NAPA.
Optimizing Goods Handling
“This collaboration supports our goal of continuously improving customer service. Brightpick’s expertise in warehouse automation will help us optimize goods handling, inventory replenishment, and the overall performance of our store network, allowing us to meet growing demand for fast and reliable delivery of automotive parts. We look forward to a long-term partnership.”
Brightpick’s solutions will be customized to seamlessly operate within NAPA’s warehouse environment. The project includes the deployment of goods-to-person robots, which will be fully integrated with the customer’s existing technologies.
By using intelligent software and data analytics, Brightpick robots will enable faster order processing, greater accuracy, and significantly higher throughput across NAPA’s distribution network.
