The global logistics provider has secured approximately 6,300 m² of space within the site, including warehouse capacity as well as administrative and operational facilities. The premises are part of a newly constructed building scheduled for completion and handover in the second quarter of 2026.
Strategic location with strong growth potential
The UDI Park D5 Přehýšov logistics zone is emerging as one of the fastest-growing industrial hubs in Western Bohemia. Its strategic position near the D5 motorway offers direct connectivity to Germany and key European transport corridors, making it highly attractive for logistics and light manufacturing operations.
The park is designed as a large-scale development with a total planned area of around 130,000 m² across three halls, providing flexibility for a wide range of tenants.
Strengthening regional logistics capacity
By entering the Přehýšov site, Nippon Express continues to expand its European network and enhance its warehousing and distribution capabilities. The company operates globally across more than 50 countries, offering integrated logistics solutions including transport, warehousing, and supply chain management.
The new facility will support growing demand for modern logistics infrastructure in the region, driven by nearshoring trends and increasing cross-border trade within Central Europe.
Focus on modern and sustainable development
The logistics park is being developed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. Planned features include rooftop solar installations with significant power capacity, water reuse systems, and biodiversity-supporting landscape elements.
These ESG-focused measures reflect the broader shift within the logistics sector toward greener and more efficient operations.
Continued momentum for UDI Park D5
The arrival of Nippon Express marks another milestone for the UDI Park D5 project, which is gradually attracting major international tenants. As construction progresses and additional space becomes available, the site is expected to play an increasingly important role in the regional logistics landscape.
