State-of-the-Art Logistics Space for Global Distribution

A significant new development is underway in Mošnov within the III. phase of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP). Spearheaded by Gridarch, this project is constructing a large-scale logistics center specifically for BMW Group. With a total area exceeding 123,000 m², including 126,000 m² dedicated to warehouse and office space, this facility is designed for the distribution of manufacturing components to overseas markets, primarily in Asia and America.

Prime Location with Multimodal Connectivity

The Mošnov location was strategically chosen for its exceptional multimodal capabilities. A critical factor in its selection was its direct railway connection, enabling efficient transport of goods. The project underscores this advantage by including the construction of a second railway terminal within the complex.

Project Timeline and Future Opportunities

The logistics center is currently under construction, with a pilot operation phase planned for mid-2026. Full operational capacity is expected by the end of 2026. BMW Group has committed to a minimum lease term of 10 years, highlighting the long-term significance of this hub.

For businesses looking for logistics or commercial space in this sought-after multimodal location, Gridarch holds permissions for an additional 90,000 m² of development and possesses land suitable for a further 70,000 m² of commercial areas. This indicates significant potential for future expansion and opportunities within the park.
