The new facility is expected to be operational from early 2027 and will function as a multi-user warehouse, providing logistics services to clients across various industrial sectors.

Strategic Location for Central European Logistics

The Pohořelice location is considered highly attractive due to its position between Brno and Vienna, making it a key logistics hub within Central Europe. The project is designed for companies operating in logistics, supply chain management, and light manufacturing.

Dachser plans to use the new premises to strengthen its logistics services in the Moravia region and further expand its contract logistics offering, which combines warehousing, transportation, and value-added services.

Modern Facilities with Expansion Potential

The first phase of Garbe Park Brno South will deliver approximately 20,000 m² of new space, part of which will remain available for additional tenants.

In total, the development is planned to include four buildings with a combined area exceeding 50,000 m². The facilities will offer modern technical specifications, including clear heights of up to 14 meters, making them suitable for automation and mezzanine systems.

Employee Amenities Included

The project will also feature a retail zone designed to serve both employees and the surrounding community. Its opening is planned alongside the completion of the first phase of the development.

The lease transaction for Dachser was facilitated by real estate advisory firm Savills.

Growing Demand for Modern Warehouse Space

This transaction confirms the ongoing growth in demand for modern logistics and warehouse space in the Czech Republic. Companies are increasingly seeking flexible, technologically advanced facilities that support efficient supply chain management and rapid response to market needs.

The Pohořelice project also highlights the rising importance of regional locations beyond traditional logistics hubs such as Prague and Plzeň, thanks to their strategic positioning and accessibility.
