Brose announced that operations at its Mošnov facility commenced in September 2025. The company has been present in the Czech Republic for around 20 years and employs approximately 3,000 people across its sites in Kopřivnice, Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, and Ostrava. According to the company, the new Mošnov site complements its existing regional manufacturing network.
The park, located in Mošnov near Leoš Janáček Airport, benefits from connectivity to key transport modes, including road, rail, and air. The first phase of the development delivered four industrial buildings along with a rail container terminal, with a total area of 151,000 sqm. At present, the site offers approximately 382,000 sqm of industrial space.
As part of the next development stage, three additional buildings with a combined area of 124,000 sqm are under construction and will be used by BMW Group as an overseas logistics distribution centre. This phase is expected to be completed by mid-2026. Looking ahead, two further phases are planned, covering approximately 97,500 sqm and 75,000 sqm. Once fully developed, the total leasable area of the park could exceed 550,000 sqm.
