The D1 Logistics Park was AIG/Lincoln’s first major development of a multifunctional (single dock, cross dock, and chilled) modern logistics Park in CEE. The D1 Logistics Park is located 11 km south of Prague, on both sides of the European E50/D1 highway, a major thoroughfare of CEE.
D1 Logistics Park West originally consisted of three buildings totaling 45,000 m2 and served as one of the major European hubs for SONY and Bosch (both serviced by DHL), as well as Bruhn Transport. The total development consisted of over 180,000 m2 and was sold in 2001 to ProLogis along with D1 Logistics Park East.
