Developer CTP continues to transform the brownfield Kasárny Zátiší in Pilsen, covering an area of almost 65,000 square meters, into a business center. The Kasárny Zátiší project brings the transformation of a former military complex into a business center offering flexible spaces for a wide range of companies. The complex offers variable CTBox units, ideal for storage, showrooms, light production and research centers. For companies with higher operational demands, CTSpace is available, which provides large-scale production and logistics units that meet the highest sustainability standards. Another novelty is the CTWorkshop concept, which brings multi-story buildings designed for startups, small businesses and development centers that require flexible facilities for innovation and growth.
Havi (provides logistics for McDonald's) will be the first tenant in Panattoni Business Park Kladno, which is being built on the brownfield site of the former Poldi Kladno. The first hall will have a total area of 55,500 square meters. Havi will rent 9,300 square meters, where it will operate a logistics center for the storage and distribution of frozen and chilled products. This follows from a press release from the project investor, the RSJ group, and from a brief announcement by Havi on the social network Linkedin. The developer is Panattoni.

The Arete Group put the logistics park in Valašské Meziříčí into operation in September 2022. Less than a year later, it built a photovoltaic power plant with a total output of 501 kWp. It has now completed the second stage of installation of solar panels, increasing the original output of the power plant by 50%. After 20 years of operation in the Central European region, Prologis, a developer, reports that its warehouse portfolio there has surpassed five million square meters. The latest building, measuring 37,000 square meters, was recently completed at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska in southwestern Poland. In total, Prologis owns and manages almost 240 buildings in the region.
The new industrial zone Panattoni Park D4 Příbram is to be built near the Příbram airport on the D4 highway. It will be located in the cadastral areas of the municipalities of Drásov and Suchodol, approximately five kilometers from Příbram.
