Mailstep, a logistics company primarily providing logistics services to e-shops, has leased the remaining 18,800 square meters of warehouse and operational space in halls B and C. According to the developer's press release, these spaces are aiming for BREEAM Excellent sustainability certification. The transaction was brokered by real estate consulting company 108 Real Estate.
